Spider Veins

Unsightly spider veins in the legs afflict 30-40% of women in the United States and 6-15% of men. In women, spider veins occur most often during pregnancy. The traditional method to treat leg veins has been sclerotherapy which is the injections of saline solutions directly into the veins.
